Just before noon on Sunday, Gibson County, Indiana authorities were alerted to a man walking east on State Road 64 who was walking into traffic, causing a hazard to motorists.
Gibson County Sheriff’s deputies responded, and arrested 29 year old Dustin Kieffer of Mt. Carmel on charges of public intoxication near County Road 550 East.
Kieffer was taken to the Gibson County Jail, where he is being held on an $1100 bond.
