Last week, Southeastern Illinois College announced multiple signings of NCOE Fighting Cardinals athletes. Cord Tucker and Colby Prather both signed to play golf at SIC, while Joel Horting signed to play basketball for the Falcons.

The Carmi-White County Lady Bulldog softball team will travel to Carterville tomorrow afternoon, weather pending. The Lady Dogs picked up their first win of the season on Monday, shutting out Lawrenceville 16-0. Carmi will then host Benton on Friday, that game can be heard on 97.3 FM WRUL and online at WRUL.com
