The Carmi-White County girls basketball team defeated Eldorado last night on the road 52-46. The Lady Bulldogs improve to 6-1 on the season and 2-0 in the Black Diamond Conference. They will host Fairfield on Monday at McDougal-Evers Gymnasium. Fans will be able to watch and listen to that game on 97.3 FM WRUL and the WRUL Sports YouTube Channel.
The Carmi-White County boys basketball team will play the Herrin Tigers tonight at the DuQuoin Tip-Off Classic. Both teams are 2-0 in the tournament, and the winner of tonight’s game will play in the tournament championship game tomorrow at 3:30. If the Bulldogs lose, they’ll play for 3rd place tomorrow at 2 PM. Fans can listen to tonight’s and tomorrow’s game on 97.3 FM WRUL.
