The Carmi Police department arrested 31 year old Philip Sharp of Paducah, KY Monday evening on a White County warrant for criminal damage to property after he was spotted exiting Walmart. Sharp was taken into custody just before 6pm and transported to the White County Jail. He was later released after posting a $150 bond.
