At the Carmi Rotary Club meeting on Thursday, Pastor Randy Douglass spoke about Active Intruder Training. He had attended a seminar about active killers in houses of worship, and what a church could do to be more prepared in case of such an event.
Kent Armstrong was presented a certificate from Club President Kenneth Dwain Harrelson for being made a Paul Harris Fellow.
The club also spoke about the upcoming trivia contest. More information will be forthcoming.
