Aaron Brown proudly accepts the International Police Association Region 57 Scholarship from Tiffany Cowger, Assistant Dean of Student Services at WVC.
The International Police Association Region 57 Scholarship recipient for the 2016-17 academic year is Aaron Brown, a sophomore at Wabash Valley College.
Aaron, a graduate of Mt. Carmel High School, is married to Emily Brown and is the son of Tim and Michelle Brown. Aaron is in the Nursing Program at WVC and plans to transfer to Murray State University as an online student. His future career goal is to attain a BSN degree and pursue a FNP degree and be a Nurse Practitioner. Aaron serves as President of the Student Nurses Association and is President of the Alpha Delta Nu Nursing Honor Society.
This one-year scholarship in the amount of $1,000 ($500 each semester) is awarded to a Wabash Valley College sophomore student who has completed his/her first year of study and is enrolled in a Transfer Pre-Law, Associate in Applied Science: Criminal Justice or Associate Degree in Nursing Program. This scholarship is made possible through the generosity of the International Police Association Region 57.
