Carmi Police arrested 25 year old Dakota Arthur of Harrisburg Thursday night on a Saline County warrant for failure to appear on charges of aggravated battery and attempted robbery.
Arthur was hiding in the basement of a residence on Oak Street, but surrendered when told that a K-9 unit would be used to locate him. Arthur was taken into custody at 10:39 pm and transported to the White County Jail, where he is being held in lieu of a $250 bond.
