
Due to circumstances related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the Grayville City Council Meeting that was to have been held Monday was postponed until Thursday, July 30th at 7:00PM.
The agenda will remain the same with old business discussion of the demolition of abandoned properties, ratifying Ordinance #890, an Animal Control Ordinance, and approval of the permit form, Ordinance #886 amending the Traffic Code, racing, sport, and hobby vehicles within city limits, natural gas pipeline license agreements, an amendment to the Liquor Ordinance, Golf Cart Ordinance, approval of TIF and Revolving Loan Agreements, and the Motor Fuel Tax Program.
New business discussion will include approval of the sale of Police Department Radio equipment, an E-Citation System for the Police Department, a request for TIF 2 Assistance – Borowiak’s IGA Building, and a GIS Mapping Agreement – Dustin Bunting.
There will also be reports from the Treasurer, Police Chief, Utility Manager, City Attorney, Commissioners, and the Mayor, as well as recognition of and comments from visitors.
