He was also for Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and given a written warning for Operation of a Motor Vehicle with Expired Registration. Oguinn was booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $250 plus a $20 booking fee. He paid bond and was released. About an hour later officers arrested a Crossville woman after she was cause trying to shoplift from Carmi Wal-Mart. 21 year old Cherish Westfall of Elliot Street was taken into custody for Retail Theft after she attempted to steal over $450 in merchandise. Westfall was booked in the White County Jail where bond was set at $100 plus a $20 booking fee. Westfall paid bond and was released a few hours later.SHARE NOWShare This Page
