A 27 year old Fairfield man, Cody R. McKinney, was arrested by Carmi Police early Saturday morning following a traffic stop. He was charged with Driving While License Suspended and Operation of an Uninsured Motor Vehicle. He was taken to the White County Jail where he bonded out to $250 cash.
