A Maunie man will be spending time in the White County Jail for violating his probation.
43-year-old Charles Oberlender was arrested on Tuesday at the probation office for failing a drug test.
According to court records, Oberlender was sentenced to probation in 2024 for Cyberstalking. During the court hearing on Wednesday, Oberlender admitted to using Methamphetamine. A Pre-trial hearing was set for May 5th at 9:30 am.
