23 year old Cale A. Cheek of Enfield was arrested by Carmi Police Monday morning, just before 9, following a traffic stop on Industrial Ave. A license check showed the plates suspended. Upon observing the vehicle, it was determined that the plates did not belong to the vehicle. Cheek was arrested for Driving Without a Valid Driver’s License and for Improper Use of Registration. He was taken to the White County Jail where he bonded out to $250 cash.
