Domestic Battery Arrest
Carmi police arrested a Maple Street resident on domestic battery charges Friday night.
According to the incident report, released by Carmi Chief of Police Jason Carter, 29 year old Elsie N. Carr of 104 Maple Street, was arrested just after 8 Friday night
Carr was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery charges and was released from custody.
