A Cave In Rock man is being held in the White County Jail pending the setting of bond by a judge after being arrested Monday evening. An officer with the Carmi PD stopped 57 year old Joseph Couture for Suspended Registration. Couture was taken into custody after he was found to be in possession of meth. He is being charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Use of Property, all of which are class 3 felonies.
