Carmi is getting a Tractor Supply Company. In a social media post, The Property Shop owner Amber Knight confirmed the community will welcome a TSC to the former Rural King, former K-Mart building. According to Knight, plans are in place to hopefully have the farm store open by the beginning of August assuming things go according to plan. The building has sat empty for several years. According to online records, the building sold for $900,000.
