Ladonna Cissna, 57, of Harrisburg, was sentenced Monday morning in White County Court to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on a Class 3 Felony conviction of Possession of Methamphetamine. That will be followed by 1 year Mandatory Supervised Release. She was also sentenced to 3 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections of a Class 4 Felony conviction of Retail Theft followed by 1 year Mandatory Supervised Release.
