A Carmi woman was arrested on a White County warrant for retail theft.
Jayla D. Goff, 35, 1111 County Road 1700 North, Carmi was arrested without incident around 2:45 Monday afternoon, at the White County Jail.
She received a pre-trial release and was ordered not to enter the Dollar General store.
