A 34 year old Carmi woman, Christina F. Lofton, was arrested Sunday afternoon on charges of Domestic Battery, Theft, and Possession of a Controlled Substance following a domestic disturbance at 705A Elm Street in Carmi. She remains held in the White County Jail as of Monday morning.
