Carmi woman arrested on Hamilton County animal cruelty charges

33 year old Elizabeth Hailey of Carmi was arrested by Carmi officers Tuesday afternoon on a Hamilton County warrant for cruel treatment to animals.  Hailey was taken into custody just after 1pm at Yesterdays Drive-In and transported to the White County Jail.  She was released after posting a $150 bond.
