A Carmi woman is free with a notice to appear following her arrest Wednesday afternoon. Melissa Kittinger was picked up by Carmi Police just after 5:30 Wednesday on a warrant alleging battery. An emergency order of protection was issued for both Jessika Slobodenko and Stacey Woolsey against Kittinger on February 20th. No court date has been set according to online court records.
