43 year old Heather Juenger of Carmi is free on $100 bond following her Friday night arrest by Carmi Police for Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Officers were called to 307 S. Walnut Street in response to a physical struggle between Juenger and the city Animal Control Officer while she was investigating a dog bite case.
