Access to the City of Carmi property that houses the Soccer Field is not accessible via Webb St at this time. Carmi Manor is in the process of resurfacing thier parking lots. As a result vehicle traffic is not allowed. Parking along Webb St is allowed and foot traffic to the field is allowed. Also access to the field is still available via Kerney St. Please DO NOT move barricades, chains, or cones or drive around those items.
