Carmi Police took a theft report from Mark Hall, who told officers that sometime on January 1st or 2nd, someone entered his residence on Railroad Avenue and took a laptop computer.
On Thursday morning, 27 Ashley Bebout of Carmi turned herself into Carmi Police on an Edwards County warrant for failure to appear. Bebout surrendered just after 9 am and was released after posting a $225 bond.
