On Friday, Carmi Police arrested 43 year old Dawn L Brennan at her residence on 5th Street on a White County warrant for violating an order of protection and a Coles County warrant. Brennan was taken into custody just after 2pm and transported to the White County Jail, where she is being held on a $1500 bond on the White County charges and a $425 bond from Coles County.
