Carmi Police make two arrests, investigate damage on Wednesday

 

Wednesday morning just after 8am, Carmi Police took a report from Daniel Demendonca that someone had broken out a window at his property on Smith Street.  Demendonca told officers that the damage had occurred sometime overnight.

 

At 8:40am, Carmi Police arrested 24 year old Michelle Neaveill of Carmi in the Walmart parking lot for driving without a valid license.  Neaveill was transported to the White County Jail and was held on a $150 bond.

 

At 10:07am, Carmi officers took a report from a Carmi City employee that three electric meters had been damaged at the apartments at 225 N. Main Cross Street.   The damage appeared to have been made by a BB gun.

 

Just before 2pm, officers arrested 41 year old Danielle Duvall of Carmi for driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop on Sycamore Street.  Duvall was pulled over for running a stop sign on 7th Street when she was taken into custody.  Duvall was transported to the White County Jail and was held on a $150 bond.
