Carmi Police responded to a domestic call just before 1pm on Friday resulting in both parties being arrested. 32 year old Eddy Johnson and 29 year old Tara Johnson were both taken into custody on a charge of domestic battery at 12:54 pm at their residence on 4th Street and transported to the White County Jail. Both were later released after posting $500 bonds each.
Just before 8 pm Saturday, Carmi officers arrested a 14 year old female juvenile on charges of domestic battery and resisting a police officer after responding to a call about an incident at 510 Fifth Street.
