The Carmi Police Department arrested 38 year old Amy Graham of Carmi following a traffic stop early Thursday morning. Graham was pulled over at the intersection of Oak and Commerce Streets at 12:45 am and was taken into custody for driving on a suspended license. Graham was able to post a $150 bond at the scene, and was released from custody.
