The Carmi Police Department took a report of a vehicle window broken Tuesday afternoon on Sycamore Street. The damage appears to have been caused by a BB gun.
At 9:49pm Tuesday night, 36 year old Joseph Motil turned himself into the Carmi Police Department on a White County warrant for obstructing justice. Motil was turned over to corrections officers for processing and remains in custody in lieu of a $1500 bond.
