During the course of attempting to locate a 3 and 4 year old child that had wondered away from a residence, Carmi Police discovered that the mother and father of the missing children were wanted. After the children were located and arrangements were made for them to be cared for, the mother, Bonny L. Dunn, 28, 0f Carmi, and the father, Benjamin R. Westphall, 32, of Carmi, were arrested on outstanding warrants. Dunn was wanted on a White County Warrant for Deceptive Practice. She bonded out to $250 cash. Westphall was arrested on a Perry County Warrant for Failure to Appear on a charge of Driving While his License was Revoked. He bonded out to $400 cash.
