21 year old Halie Stokes of Norris City was arrested by Carmi Police Thursday just after noon. Stokes was observed smoking marijuana in a glass pipe on the sidewalk in front of Nikki’s Place on Main Street.
Stokes was charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released from the White County Jail after posting a $150 bond.
