Carmi Police received a call about a domestic disturbance on West Kerney Street Tuesday afternoon, and arrested two people after each signed a complaint against the other.
32 year old Steven Smith and 23 year old Ashley Ricketts were both taken into custody after each accused the other of domestic battery. Smith and Ricketts were both taken to the White County Jail and are being held on $500 bonds each.
