At 1:20 pm Wednesday, Carmi Police arrested 32 year old Keri Tarrants of Crossville at the Dollar General store on a charge of retail theft. Tarrants was seen on surveillance cameras concealing items and leaving the store without paying for them. She was transported to the White County Jail, and was later released after posting a $150 bond.
