A 24 year old Carmi man, Dakota J. Goodwin, was arrested by Carmi Police Tuesday night and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Cannabis in a Motor Vehicle, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He is being held in the White County Jail on $120 bond.
