2. Roll Call.
3. Approve February 7th, 2017 Council Meeting Minutes.
4. Approve January 2017 Financial Reports for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
5. Approve and authorize February 2017 vendor invoices for the City of Carmi and Light & Water Departments.
6. For council consideration, discussion and possible approval:
a) Ordinance No.1522, an Ordinance regulating mobile homes and mobile home parks. (Rescinding and replacing Ordinance No’s 1319 adopted February 4, 2002 and 1363 adopted March 20, 2006)
b) City of Carmi Electrical Engineer David Coston will give an update on the Municipal Light Plant lower buss and report on electrical cost of service study.
7. Reports and/or updates from Mayor Pollard.
8. Reports from Standing Committees.
9. Business or comments from visitors.
10. Closed Session to discuss personnel with possible action to follow.
