Early Wednesday morning Hamilton County Sheriff Tracy Lakin responded to a vehicle crash on route 14 east of McLeansboro. The crash resulted in the arrest 41 year old John Hacko of Carbondale for Driving Under the Influence and Failure to Reduce Speed to avoid an accident. No fatalities were reported.
Hacko’s first appearance is set for August 17, 2023 at 10:00 A.M.
