34 year old Jason Keith Ballard of Carmi was arrested by Carmi Police Thursday afternoon for Driving While License is Suspended and Unlawful Possession of Title/Registration Card/License Plate/Blank, following a traffic stop on Main Street at Casey’s. He is currently being held in the White County Jail.
