Auditions Set for WVC’s Fall Production “Last Round-up of the Guacamole Queens”

Auditions are scheduled for 7:00 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, August 28 and 29 in the Brubeck Arts Center Theatre for the Wabash Valley College-Wabash Valley Arts Council fall production, “Last Round-up of the Guacamole Queens.” Performances are scheduled for 7:30, Thursday and Friday, October 19 and 20, along with a matinee at 1:30 on Sunday, October 22.

Lynn Kinkade will guest direct this third and final sequel in the trilogy featuring the Verdeen cousins. “The Red Velvet Cake War” and “Rex’s Exes” were the first two hilarious productions involving the Verdeen cousins that were staged in the Brubeck Arts Center.

This production is another one that will guarantee gut-busting laughter. The storyline is centered around an attempt to stage the ultimate Sweetgum High School reunion. You’ll laugh so hard you might even consider attending your next high school reunion!

Scripts are available on loan for one-week check at the Bauer Media Center. “Last Round-Up of the Guacamole Queens” is another deliciously funny comedy written by the team of Jessie Jones, Nicholas Hope, and Jamie Wooten.
