The Carmi Police Department took a report of stolen phone Thursday afternoon. Laura Wright of Carmi reported to police that around 7:30 am that morning, someone stole her phone from her vehicle while it was parked in the Walmart lot.
Just before 1 am Friday morning, 30 year old Caitlin Williams of Carmi turned herself in at the Carmi Police Department on a Wabash County warrant for violation of probation. Williams was processed at the White County Jail, and released after posting a $500 bond.
