White County Court Sees Plea Deals, Continuances Wednesday

In White County court Wednesday, a Harrisburg man arrested just a few days before Christmas failed to appear due to oversleeping according to online court records.  54-year-old Stephen Pfifer showed up on January 20th for a court date that wasn’t scheduled until January 26th.  The snowstorm caused a delay resetting his first appearance for February 11th.  Pfifer is facing charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by a Driver.  His first appearance is now scheduled for March 11th.  Read more at Harrisburg Man Out on Recognizance due to Medical Reasons Following Traffic Stop Friday – WRUL-FM
