Wednesday night, deputies with the Wabash County Sheriff’s Office took Plainfield, Indiana, native Kenneth Fitzgerald into custody on an Indiana Department of Corrections parole warrant.
Fitzgerald’s parole warrant was issued on September 30 following an alleged failure to comply with the requirements of his parole.
Another individual, Maryann Fitzgerald, of Cowling, Illinois, was also arrested. Her charge is for obstructing a peace officer.
The Mt. Carmel Police Department assisted the Wabash County Sheriff’s Office with the arrests.
