McLeansboro Man Apprehended; Served with Franklin County Warrant while in Custody

A McLeansboro man is behind bars in the White County Jail and picked up a Franklin County warrant while incarcerated.  A deputy served 44-year-old Ryan Nalley with the warrant Monday morning just after 10:30am.  The warrant out of Franklin County is in relation to a January 15th of 2025 case in which Nalley is charged with two felony counts of theft.  Nalley failed to appear in February of 2025 and a subsequent summons was returned and filed as unable to be served.  Nalley would pick up a Possession of Meth charge in White County on March 5th.  According to online court documents, Nalley was reportedly in jail in Kentucky in June, but was let out in early August.  Nalley then failed to appear in White County court on that charge in both September and November.  Nalley was finally apprehended on April 2nd.  He’s next due in White County court on May 6th.
