This fall, three employees of Wabash Christian Retirement Center in Carmi were recognized at the Thrive Leadership Conference in St. Louis, MO.
Mike Fields, WCRC Chaplain was the WCRC nominee for the Dr. Tim Phillippe Leadership Award, which recognizes a staff member who embodies the mission, vision, and values within the Christian Home, Inc. community. Mike demonstrates a commitment to provide excellent service to others and he is deeply committed and dedicated to his work.
Mike Fields, Chaplain and Sandra Bryant, Executive Director
Sandra Bryant, WCRC Executive Director, was the recipient of the Excellence in Innovative award. This was based on her vision and commitment in growing the campus over the years. Some of these accomplishments included adding an Illinois Department of Public Health certified Memory Care unit in 2004, the 49 apartment Supportive Living building in 2007, and the development of the Wabash Christian Therapy & Medical Clinic in 2014.
Tiffany Browning, LPN and Debra Wilson, Director of Nursing
Unable to attend the event was Tiffany Browning, LPN, who received the Thrive Leadership Award for the WCRC campus. She is an ambassador of the mission, vision and values, works with others to produce positive results, and is deeply committed and dedicated to her work. As the evening nurse supervisor, Tiffany does an excellent job leading, inspiring, and encouraging others and always models an excellent attitude.
Congratulations to each of these exceptional individuals who contribute daily to the Wabash Christian Community of Compassion.
