Oct. 13, 12:30-3:30 p.m. – SIC Cosmetology Clinic reopens to the public in B139.  For appointments, call 252-5400 ext. 2213.

Oct. 15 and 16 – SIC plays host to the only 3D US Intercollegiate Archery Championships in the country at Sahara Woods State Fish and Wildlife Area.  Guest shooters are welcome, and you don’t have to be a student.  Nearly 20 colleges and universities are expected to attend.  For info, contact SIC Head Archery Coach Archie Blair at 618-252-5400 x2145, or [email protected].

Oct. 17, 5-7:30 p.m.  – Cajun Cooking with Camille will take place in Room A221.  Camille will demonstrate how to make an authentic Cajun Gumbo and more.  This class will cost $20.  To register, contact Admissions at 252-5400 ext. 4120. Oct. 23, 2 p.m.  — The SIC Cultural Arts Series presents Butterfly Dreams Jazz Ensemble from Indiana University in the George T. Dennis Visual & Performing Arts Center Lower Lobby.
