Carmi Police arrested 26 year old Charley Buchanan of Carmi Monday morning on a body attachment warrant out of White County. Buchanan was spotted walking in the 500 block of 5th Street at 11:03 am and was taken into custody. Buchanan was transported to the White County Jail, and later released after posting a $100 bond.
20 year old Lonnie Duvall of Carmi was arrested on a White County warrant for theft by Carmi Police at 4:24 pm Monday. Duvall was taken into custody at the intersection of 5th and Smith Streets, and was also cited for possession of less than 10 grams of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Duvall was transported to the White County Jail and was later released after posting a $150 bond.
