In Hamilton County Court last week, 43 year old Edward Lambert of Lenzburg, IL and 35 year old Jennifer Holdren of Waterloo, IL each pled guilty to one count of retail theft and were each sentenced to three years in prison according to States Attorney Justin Hood. Lambert and Holdren were captured on surveillance camera stealing 22 containers of baby formula from the Food Park grocery store in McLeansboro. The McLeansboro City Police Department investigated the case.
37 year old Jessica Dawson was also sentenced in Hamilton County Court to three years in prison after her probation was revoked. Dawson was originally sentenced to probation in February after a retail theft at the Huck’s in McLeansboro in January this year.
