Three Individuals Entered Plea Deals in White County Court
39-year-old William Wilson agreed to a plea deal that resulted in three counts and a separate case being dismissed in White County court.
Wilson will serve two years of probation, pay a fine, have a six-month stayed jail sentence, and complete a mental health assessment and counseling.
The plea deal covers Aggravated Battery and one count of Threatening a Public Official. Charges, including Threatening a Public Official, Assault, and Trespassing from March 2026, as well as a January 2026 case, were dismissed.
Randall Flowers’ 2025 Obstruction of Justice charge ended with a plea deal Wednesday morning.
Flowers received two years of conditional discharge, a fine, and a six-month stayed jail sentence.
Last plea deal of the day involved Marylee Shumate for her Possession of Methamphetamine case. Two other charges were dismissed per the agreement: Unlawful Use of Property and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Shumate will have a six-month jail sentence, two years of first offender probation, 30 hours of community service, and will have to complete drug treatment.
