Teen Arrested on Warrant

Leif E. Harper, 19, 812 Sycamore Street, Carmi was arrested Friday afternoon after Carmi Police received a tip, he was at the Stewart Street Apartments.

Harper was wanted for criminal damage to property, over $500 in damage.

Authorities arrived at the apartments to find Harper coming down the steps. He was arrested without incident and transported to the City County Jail for processing.

He posted $1500 cash bond and a $20 booking fee prior to being released from custody.
