A 38 year old Carmi man, Jesse G. Stephens, was arrested by Carmi Police Wednesday afternoon on a White County Warrant for Unlawful Possession of a Stolen or Converted Vehicle. He is currently being held in the White County Jail. Bond was set at $5,000.
