The White County Sheriff’s Department took a report of damage to a building in Springerton Wednesday morning after a car struck it Monday evening.
Bill Harl reported to Sheriff’s deputies that on Tuesday, Springerton mayor Curt Rush phoned him that a vehicle had struck the old gas station building and that a Pepsi machine outside had been knocked over. Rush used his tractor to reset the machine upright, and Mr. Harl’s son checked the inside of the machine and found damage.
Deputies took photos of damage to the property.
