The White County Sheriff’s Department arrested 39 year old Crystal Napier of Carmi Monday night on a White County warrant for retail theft.
Napier surrendered at the Sheriff’s Department at 9:25 pm and was transferred to the custody of Jail staff. She was later released after posting a $150 bond.
